Carl Watkins, the newest member to the Maryland’s Home Team, has 6 years experience as a real estate investor in the Greater Baltimore Metro area and surrounding counties, and is a specialist in the real estate auction field. He has been successfully wholesaling investment properties in the Baltimore area since 2001 and sold real estate via the Auction Method. Carl has a thorough understanding of the current market and can assist in determining if the auction marketing method will best suit your real estate needs.

Carl is a lifelong Maryland resident, born and raised in the Essex area of Baltimore County. He is a 1981 Graduate of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel High School and attended The Community College of Baltimore County in Essex, Harford Community College, and the University of Phoenix in pursuit of a Business Administration degree. He currently resides in Forest Hill, Harford County, with his wife of 8 years, Laura, their Border Collie, and 2 cats. They will soon be adding to their family when they travel to China in early 2007 to adopt their first child!

Although real estate is his passion, Carl also enjoys playing baseball with the Harford County Men’s Senior Baseball League of which he has been a member since 1994. He also enjoys mentoring high school youth at St. Matthew church with his wife, bowling, riding his Harley and fishing on the Chesapeake!
